Panini FIFA 365 2021

FIFA 365 2021 is Panini’s sticker collection dedicated to the world of international club and national-team football for the 2020/2021 season. It is part of the series launched by Panini with FIFA 365 2016, which has become an annual celebration of football from around the globe. The 2021 edition contains 449 stickers and combines the presentation of 18 selected clubs with a wide variety of historical and thematic sections covering different aspects of the world game.

The album opens with an introductory page featuring three stickers: the Panini logo, the FIFA Foundation logo, and The Best FIFA Football Award trophy. Before the presentation of the clubs, two special sections introduce some of the more modern aspects of the football world. The first is “The Golden World of Football”, which contains 12 stickers, including 11 shiny action stickers featuring some of the biggest stars of international football and the shiny FIFA 365 logo. This is followed by “FIFA eWorld Cup”, a two-page retrospective containing 12 stickers dedicated to the history of the FIFA eWorld Cup, bringing the world of competitive gaming into the collection.

The central part of the album is dedicated to 18 clubs from different countries, selected to represent some of the most prominent teams in international football. The clubs are presented individually, each receiving a double-page spread. The layout is considerably richer than a simple squad presentation and includes several different types of stickers: the shiny club badge, a “Club Lifestyle” sticker, the team line-up, the club flag and motto, a celebration sticker, and player portrait stickers, with two footballers represented on each sticker.

Another distinctive feature of the club section is the recurring “Collect & Play” pages. After every three clubs, a double-page spread provides six action stickers for each of the three preceding teams. With 18 stickers in total.

In the final part of the album Panini devotes several sections to different aspects of football history and culture. “Planet Football” features stickers inspired by the FIFA World Football Museum in Zurich and focuses on the history of the FIFA World Cup. This is followed by a section dedicated to FIFA World Cup Official Posters, with 13 stickers reproducing posters from different editions of the tournament and providing a colourful journey through World Cup history.

The collection then looks at more recent FIFA competitions. The FIFA U-17 World Cup Brazil 2019 is represented by five stickers, commemorating Brazil’s victory on home soil. The section “FIFA 365 Historical Covers” contains six stickers reproducing covers from previous editions of the FIFA 365 series, offering a small retrospective of the collection itself.

Two further sections are dedicated to other FIFA competitions. The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Paraguay 2019 receives five stickers, celebrating Portugal’s triumph in the tournament. Finally, the album concludes with the FIFA Club World Cup Qatar 2019, also represented by five stickers, commemorating Liverpool’s victory and adding another important international club competition to the collection.

An additional feature of the 2021 collection is the presence of an Eastern Europe edition with additional 63 stickers dedicated to three clubs: FK Crvena Zvezda, FK Partizan, and NK Maribor.

Overall, FIFA 365 2021 maintains the philosophy established by the series since its first edition, combining international club football with historical and thematic content. The 18 selected clubs are presented in considerable detail, while the numerous special sections provide much greater variety than a conventional league-based album.

Panini FIFA 365 2023

FIFA 365 – The Golden World of Football 2023 is the eighth edition of Panini’s global football sticker series, dedicated to the 2022/2023 season and once again centered around competitions organized by FIFA. With a total of 448 stickers, the album maintains the established FIFA 365 formula while introducing interactive elements and a strong visual identity built around golden stickers.

The album opens with a contents page and an introductory section featuring three stickers: the FIFA 365 logo of this eighth edition, composed of two golden stickers, and the FIFA logo, also presented in a golden finish.

One of the most distinctive features of this edition is the “My Golden Team” section. Spread over two pages, it is designed to accommodate some of the best players of the season. There are in total 12 My Golden Team stickers, each featuring two players. These stickers are randomly included in packets and can be placed freely by the collector, either in a starting line-up or among substitutes. This interactive concept allows collectors to personalize their album, making it more dynamic compared to traditional fixed layouts.

The main body of the collection is dedicated to 26 clubs from around the world, presented in country order, starting with CA River Plate and concluding with FC Shakhtar Donetsk. Each club is allocated 16 stickers across two pages. The structure includes a shiny club badge, a “club identity” sticker (which may depict elements such as the stadium, mascot, or team bus), and the home or away kit. The squad is represented through ten portrait stickers, each featuring two players, allowing for twenty players per team. In addition, there are three golden action stickers, each showing three players in action.

The final part of the album is dedicated to various international tournaments under the FIFA umbrella. The first section focuses on the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, featuring one shiny sticker of the tournament logo and four additional stickers displaying logos from previous editions. This is followed by a page dedicated to the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup, won by Chelsea F.C., with six stickers highlighting the competition.

The album concludes with a final two-page section covering youth international tournaments, including the FIFA U-17 World Cup and the FIFA U-20 World Cup, for both men’s and women’s football. These sections are represented through a total of six stickers and reinforce the global and developmental scope of the FIFA 365 series.

Overall, FIFA 365 – The Golden World of Football 2023 continues the evolution of the series by combining a compact club presentation with innovative elements like the customizable “My Golden Team” section. The extensive use of golden stickers gives the album a distinctive visual identity, while the inclusion of multiple FIFA tournaments ensures a broad and international perspective.
