Campeonato Nacional 2024 is Panini’s official sticker collection dedicated to Chilean professional football for the 2024 season. Released in August 2024, the album offers a complete coverage of both men’s and women’s competitions, including the Primera División and Ascenso for men, as well as the Campeonato Femenino and Ascenso Femenino. With a remarkable 656 stickers and a hardcover edition, the collection stands out as one of the most ambitious Panini projects dedicated to Chilean football.
The album opens with a contents page and two shiny introductory stickers depicting the championship trophy and the official match ball. This is followed by the section dedicated to the “11 Ideal 2023”, divided equally between men’s and women’s football. Here, Panini presents 11 shiny stickers for the best men’s team of 2023 and 11 shiny stickers for the best women’s team of 2023.
The core of the album features all 64 professional clubs, split evenly between men’s and women’s teams. The structure of the album itself mirrors this balance, being divided exactly in half: one part dedicated to the men’s competitions and the other to the women’s. The clubs are presented in alphabetical order, regardless of whether they compete in the Primera División or the Ascenso. For each club, there is one page for the men’s team and one page for the women’s team.
In the men’s section, each club is represented by eight stickers: a shiny club badge, a shiny team photo, and six player stickers, each containing two players. In the women’s section, each club receives a shiny team photo and six player stickers, again with two players per sticker.
After the club presentations, the album continues with three substantial special sections. The first is dedicated to the team captains, featuring 64 shiny stickers, one for each club included in the collection. This is followed by “Rookies Estrella”, another set of 64 shiny stickers highlighting one promising young player per team. The final thematic section, titled “Nuestras Leyendas”, includes 24 shiny stickers celebrating some of the greatest figures in the history of Chilean football, from both the men’s and women’s competitions.
One of the most striking aspects of Campeonato Nacional 2024 is the sheer number of special stickers. Out of 656 total stickers, an impressive 272 are shiny. Despite its scale, the collection does not include update sets or extra cards, and no follow-up edition was released in 2025.
From a sporting perspective, the 2024 Chilean season documented in the album ended with Colo-Colo winning the Primera División title. Fernando Zampedri of Universidad Católica finished the championship as top scorer with 19 goals.
