In 2012, the local publisher Siam Sport released the second official sticker album dedicated to the Thai Premier League, following the debut collection issued the previous year.
The album maintains a similar structure, featuring 20 stickers for each of the 18 participating teams. A notable improvement in this edition is the stadium section: unlike the previous year, where stadiums were only printed, this time each stadium is represented by two dedicated stickers, for a total of 36.
Curiously, the numbering of the stadium stickers—despite appearing at the beginning of the album—starts from 361, as if they belonged at the end. This might suggest that the decision to turn this section into actual stickers was made late in the production process.
The layout of the team pages is consistent with the previous edition: 20 stickers spread across two pages, with the club badge and technical staff printed directly onto the page. An interesting feature of the Thai albums is that the names of international players appear in their original language, while the names of Thai players are written in Thai script.
In the 2012 season, Muangthong United clinched the title with an impressive 84 points, followed by Chonburi (70 points) and BEC Tero Sasana (57 points). The league’s top scorers were Brazilian striker Cleiton Silva and Thai forward Teerasil Dangda, each netting 24 goals.
