Panini Fussball 2012-2013 (Austria)

 

The Bundesliga Fußball 2012–2013 sticker album by Panini continues the established format of Austria’s domestic league collections, once again covering both the Bundesliga and the Erste Liga. With a total of 312 stickers, it offers a clean and consistent layout that mirrors the style of the early 2010s, without updates, card extras, posters, or mid-season additions.

The album opens with a four-sticker introductory page featuring the shiny Bundesliga logo, the championship trophy, and stickers dedicated to the previous season’s champions and top scorers.

The Bundesliga section presents all ten top-flight clubs in a detailed format. Each team features 26 stickers, distributed over four pages. The layout includes a shiny club badge, a team photo made up of three stickers, the manager, the stadium composed of two stickers, and 20 player portrait stickers. One particularly notable inclusion in this set is the rookie sticker of Sadio Mané, who was playing for Red Bull Salzburg at the time and would later become one of the most prominent African players of his generation. 

After the Bundesliga clubs, the album includes two single-page features. The first is dedicated to the ÖFB–Samsung Cup Final 2011/2012, illustrated through three action stickers depicting key moments from the decisive match. The second page presents the Young Star Team 2011/2012, also composed of three stickers, highlighting some of the most promising Austrian talents of the period. 

The Erste Liga section maintains its compact structure. Each of the ten second-division clubs is represented by three stickers—a shiny badge and a team photo split into two stickers. This section features also the Erste Liga logo and the league trophy stickers. 

On the field, the 2012/13 season was defined by the dominance of Austria Wien, who secured the Bundesliga titles, and the performance of Philipp Hosiner, who finished as top scorer with 35 goals.
