Panini repeats the experience of the 2008 Africa Cup sticker album with a 2010 edition, which features a similar layout with smaller-sized stickers and album compared to the standard Panini albums. While the overall format remains the same, there is a noticeable improvement in the graphics of both the stickers and the album.
The album begins with an introductory page, which includes the competition's roll of honour and the first four stickers: the shiny Panini logo, the Africa Cup 2010 logo, and a two-part shiny poster of the tournament.
The collection features 17 teams, which do not correspond exactly to the 16 teams that took part into the tournament. Malawi, Togo, and Mozambico are missing, replaced by four teams - Kenya, Guinea, South Africa and Morocco. Each team has 19 stickers spread over two pages: the shiny flag sticker, a two-part team photo sticker, and 16 player portrait stickers. Three teams — Kenya, Burkina Faso, and Benin — have a reduced layout, with 10 stickers on a single page: the flag, the team photo (one sticker), and 8 player stickers (with two players on each sticker, for a total of 16 players).
The album concludes without any additional sections or updates, and there are no extra stickers in this collection. As of now, this is the last Panini album produced for the Africa Cup.
Egypt won the 2010 tournament, defeating Ghana 1-0 in the final with a goal from Gedo, who finished as the tournament's top scorer with five goals.
