Panini Futebol 2018-19

 

Futebol 2018-19 is the official sticker album for Portuguese football, focusing exclusively on the Primeira Liga, also known as Liga NOS. This collection stands out for including the rookie sticker of João Félix.

The album opens with a page featuring the foreword and table of contents. Following this, there’s a double-page spread dedicated to Liga NOS, showcasing 18 metallic club badge stickers. The 18 competing teams are then presented in alphabetical order, with each team occupying two pages containing 17 player portrait stickers. In the center of the album there is a section dedicated to the key players of the league, with 18 action stickers displaced over two pages.

After covering the remaining Liga NOS teams, the album transitions into its final three sections. "Top Signings" celebrates the standout transfers of the season, featuring shiny stickers of notable players like Nani and Raphinha from Sporting. A total of 26 shiny stickers are included here. "Nova Geração" focuses on the league’s top young talents; this section prominently features 19-year-old João Félix, a rising star of Portuguese football. "Last Signings" features 36 stickers, including players who switched clubs or emerged after the album's initial release in September 2018.

Additionally, the collection contains 10 extra BIS-stickers designed to replace specific players in the album. Among these is Seferović, the league’s top scorer with 23 goals. In the 2018-19 season, Benfica claimed the league title, finishing two points ahead of Porto.
