Panini Futebol 2009-2010

 

Futebol 2009-10 is the official sticker collection of the Portuguese Superliga. It includes the 16 competing clubs with a total of 20 stickers for each club displaced over two pages: the club badge (metallic sticker), the team photo, and 18 players. During the season 17 update stickers were released in new sticker packets to substitute players that left their clubs. In addition there is a section at the end of the album with 36 new transferred players (Ultimas Aquisiçoes).

The special sections of this edition are Craques and Top Jovens. The first one features 16 star players of the league in action. Those are special shining stickers. Among them we find players like Bruno Alves, Pablo Aimar, Hulk, Joao Moutinho, Javier Saviola, and especially the 21 years old Angel di Maria (Benfica). The second section is dedicated to the young prospects of the league, with 16 stickers of players in action. The most successful young players included are Fabio Coentrao (Benfica) and Adrien Silva (Sporting).

Benfica won the Superliga 2009/2010 with 76 points, second place for Braga (71 points) and third for Porto (68 points). The top goalscorer of the league was Oscar Cardozo (Benfica) with 26 goals, one more than Radamel Falcao (Porto).
