Panini Fussball 87 (Austria)

 

Fussball 87 is a stylish and memorable album of the Austrian Bundesliga, probably the best of the Fussball series for quality of the album and stickers. It follows the first two editions released in 1983 and 1987. The album begins with an introductory page including the team photo of Austria composed by four metallic stickers. Then the 12 clubs of Division 1 are shown in alphabetical order. For each club there are 19 stickers: the golden metallic club badge, the team photo (two stickers), the coach, and 15 players.

In the center of the album there is a section dedicated to the National Team with 18 metallic stickers of the coach and the main players of Austria. Among them the most famous is Toni Polster, who was the topscorer of the Austrian Division 1 in the season 1986/1987 with 39 goals for Austria Wien. The title was won by Rapid Wien.

The section with the clubs of Division 2 starts right after the Division 1. There are three stickers per club: the metallic club badge and the team photo composed by two stickers.

Toni Polster scored 39 goals in the 1987 Division 1. He has two stickers in this album: the regular sticker with Austria Memphis and the metallic sticker from the National Team section

The keeper Michael Konsel has 43 caps for Austria and he played in Italy for Roma and Venezia between 1997 and 2000. The Argentinian striker Mario Kempes won the 1978 World Cup with Argentina (top scorer of the tournament with 6 goals). He played one season for First Vienna.

Panini Fussball 96 (Austria)

The official sticker collection of the 1995/96 Austrian Bundesliga was produced by Panini. The collection includes 240 stickers with all the clubs of Division 1 and Division 2. It is a collection in pure 90's style, with large stickers, but rather poor graphics. The best feature of the collection are the shiny club badge stickers in a full size for all the clubs included.

The album begins with the contents and an introductory page with two sticker: the Austrian Federation logo and two players in action (the same photo of the cover). 

Then the 10 clubs of Division 1 are shown with 19 stickers each over four pages: the shiny club badge, the team photo (two stickers), and 16 players. Clubs of Division 2 are shown right after and they have three stickers each: the shiny logo and two stickers to compose the team photo. There are no other section or extra material (poster, updates) for this collection.

Austria Wien won the 1995/96 Bundesliga and Ivica Vastic (Sturm Graz) was the top goalscorer with 20 goals.

Panini Fussball 93 (Austria)

Fussball 93 is the sixth album of the Austrian Bundesliga produced by Panini, after the previous collections released in 1985, 1986, 1987, 1991, and 1992. The album includes 260 stickers with all the clubs of Division 1 and 2. The stickers are well designed, including also shiny badges. However, the cover with the giant face of Heimo Pfeiffenberger is rather questionable and probably one of the worst ever produced by Panini.

The album begins with the contents and an introductory page with two stickers: the Austrian Federation logo and the trophy of the championship. Then the 12 clubs of Division 1 are shown one after the other with 19 stickers per club: the shiny badge, the team photo (two stickers), and 16 players. A great feature of the album are the player careers included in each club page. 

The 12 clubs of Division 2 have the stickers of the club badge (half shiny sticker) and the team photo (two stickers). There are no other sections with stickers in the album. 

Austria Wien won the 1992/93 championship and Vaclav Danek (Wacker Innsbruk) was the top scorer with 24 goals. The player on the cover, Heimo Pfeiffenberger, scored 19 goals.

The sticker of Heimo Pfeiffenberger is also the cover of the album. He scored 19 goals in the 1992/93 championship, whereas Ivac Vastic scored 18 goals
