Women's Superleague 2024 (England)

Barclays Women's Super League 2024 marks a historic first for Panini, as it is the company’s debut sticker album dedicated to English women’s club football. Featuring all 12 teams competing in the 2023/24 season, the collection includes a total of 349 stickers—among them, 59 special foil stickers—resulting in a premium-quality album that surpasses many of its counterparts from men’s leagues.

The album opens with an introductory page featuring a sticker of the league trophy, followed by a dedicated two-page spread showcasing the captains of all 12 teams. The album continues with a four-page section presenting the clubs and featuring a shiny sticker of the home shirt and a two-piece team photo for each club.

Next, the 12 Super League clubs are presented in alphabetical order, with a two-page spread per team. This section includes 17 stickers per club: a shiny badge and 16 player stickers. At the heart of the album, a special two-page feature spotlights 12 international stars of the league.

Beyond the squad presentations, two additional special sections add value to this collection. The "Ones to Watch" section highlights 12 action stickers, one for each team, showcasing standout talents. The final and largest special feature is a 12-page "Key Players" section, including 72 stickers (six per club). Among these, one per team is a shiny "Elite" sticker, emphasizing top performers. Notably, this collection does not include update or extra stickers.

In the 2023/24 season, Chelsea secured their fifth consecutive league title, finishing level on points with Manchester City but clinching victory on goal difference. Meanwhile, Jamaican striker Khadija Shaw emerged as the league’s top scorer, netting an impressive 21 goals.

Panini Africa Cup 2008

After the Africa Cup 1996 album and the African All-Star collection the following year, Panini returned to African football with an album dedicated to the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations. The size of both the album and stickers is smaller compared to standard Panini collections. The album begins with a one-page introduction featuring the roll of honour, accompanied by two shiny stickers: the Panini logo and the Africa Cup logo. It continues with two pages outlining the competition program, which includes a two-sticker poster of the team flags.

The 16 competing teams are presented according to the group stage division. Each team is represented with 19 stickers spread across two pages. This includes a shiny flag sticker, a team photo composed of two stickers, and 16 player stickers. However, three teams—Benin, Sudan, and Angola—have a simplified layout with 10 stickers on a single page. These pages include the shiny flag, the team photo, and eight player stickers, each featuring two players per sticker, resulting in a total of 16 player images.

There are no additional or update stickers in this collection. In 2008, Egypt won the Africa Cup of Nations, defeating Cameroon 1-0 in the final. Samuel Eto'o was the tournament's top scorer with 5 goals.
