Panini Apertura 2007 (Argentina)

The 2007 Apertura tournament of the Argentinian Primera Division was contested by 20 teams from August to December 2007. Lanus won the title and German Denis (Independiente) was the top goalscorer with 18 goals in 19 games.
Panini released an official sticker collection of the Apertura 2007, being the 5th of the series started in 2005. Also for the following Clausura tournament a sticker album was released (Clausura 2008).
The album Apertura 2007 begins with the fixtures of the tournament, then the 20 clubs of Primera Division are shown. The four top clubs (Boca Juniors, River Plate, San Lorenzo, and Independiente) have 19 stickers over two pages: the metallic club badge, celebrations (two stickers), 15 players, and a puzzle sticker of a player in action. The puzzle stickers are composed by four parts of four different players, therefore the pieces to complete one action sticker come from four different stickers. The other 16 clubs have 16 stickers over two pages. The difference with the top clubs is that they have only 12 player stickers instead of 15.
The album Apertura 2007 includes only the clubs Primera Division. There are no other sections or update stickers.
