Panini Foot 2018

The traditional Panini album of the French League changes again its look in 2017/2018. The format of album and stickers is back to normal after the experiment of the previous season (large size album and stickers). Interesting addition of this album are the fabric stickers of the home kits for the clubs of Ligue 1.
The collection begins as usual with the 20 clubs of Ligue 1 shown in alphabetical order. Each club is displaced over 4 pages with a total of 26 stickers. On the first two pages there are 20 stickers of player portraits, with data and statistics of the players printed on the stickers. The other two pages include more details and facts about the club with six more stickers: the metallic club badge, the coach, the home kit (fabric sticker), the action sticker of a player to be followed (à suivre), the metallic sticker with signature of the best new signing of the club (top recrue) and the face of the star player to be stuck on his photo in action (top joueur).

After the clubs of Ligue 1, there is a section (Mercato d'Hiver) to place all the winter transfers stickers that can be found in the update set. There is space for a total of 48 stickers, but the update set includes only 39 new players. Therefore 9 spaces (from T40 to T48) will be left empty.

"Le Choc des Experts" is a two page section including 10 stickers of the most experienced players of Ligue 1. In this case, Panini gives a tribute to some of the oldest players of the league.

Also the Internationals of the league have a special section, with 10 metallic stickers of the best players in action. Among them Cavani, Neymar, Falcao, Di Maria, and Draxler

Clubs of Ligue 2 are included but with only the club badge (half of a metallic sticker) and a team photo of celebrations.

The update set includes 39 stickers of new players, 2 correction stickers (to replace two players with mistakes), the mini-stickers "Joueur transféré"/"Coach remplacé" and the mini-stickers for the best keeper, coach, player, and young player based on the UNFP awards. The corresponding winners of the UNFP awards are Mandanda (Marseille), Emery (PSG), Neymar (PSG), and Mbappé (PSG).

The update set released in March 2018

Stickers of Mbappé and Neymar. They won the UNFP award of Best young player and Best Player of Ligue 1 for the season 2017-18. The mini stickers "Meilleur Espoir" and "Meilleur Joueur" are included in the update set

The large size album has thick cover and pages. Regular stickers of this collection are glossy, whereas special stickers are metallic or with a 3D effects (trophies and club badges).

There are 25 stickers (numbered C1 to C25) out of which the first five can be found in the regular packets and the others were issued in four packets along the season with the newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport".

The stickers of 48 new players and coaches were released in an update set together with the mini-stickers "Trasferito" and "Sostituito" to be stuck in correspondance of the transferred players and substituted coaches, according to the list included in the update set. Here we find for example the sticker of Rafinha (engaged by Inter) and Gattuso (new coach of Milan).

Serie B clubs are included with one page each. There are stickers of the club badge (half metallic sticker), the team photo and 18 players (three players per sticker). The total is thus 7.5 stickers per club.
