"A historia do futebol baiano" is a sticker collection produced by Panini in 2019 to narrate the history of football in the Brazilian state of Bahia, where now the two main clubs are Vitoria and EC Bahia. The collection is part of the Panini series over the history of Brazilian clubs, with previous albums like 100 years of Santos or the centenary of Palmeiras. All of the albums from this series are elegant and well done, a must have for passionate collectors.
In this album there are in total 300 stickers to collect, out of which 30 are in special fabric material, 150 are metallic and 100 are in a large format. The album was released also in a special hardcover edition.
The album starts with an introduction and the table of contents, with a spectacular gallery of club badge stickers printed on fabric material. Then the history of the main clubs from Bahia is told from the origin to the present days, going through the main victories, the best teams and the most glorious players. The collection ends with the Dream Team, which features among the others the ex-Victoria and Brazil player Bebeto. In the following, we present this collection showing photos of all of the pages.
