Panini Foot 2019

Foot 2018-2019 is the 44th Panini album of the French football, a series started with Football 76. For the second time also the hardcover version of the album was released (the first one was the 40 years edition 2016). This collection includes all the clubs of Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, with a total of 563 stickers. In addition, the usual update set "Mercato" including 41 new player stickers of the winter transfers was released in March 2019.

The season 2018-2019 was once again dominated by PSG, who won the 6th title in the last 7 seasons, with 33 goals of the fabulous Mbappé. The young French striker was named best player ("Meilleur joueur") and best young talent ("Meilleur espoir") of the season by the UNFP. The title of best goalkeeper went to Mike Maignan (Lille) and the best coach to Christophe Galtier (Lille). The four mini stickers of the titles assigned by the UNFP are included in the update set together with the mini stickers "Joueur Transféré" for the players that left their club during the winter market.

The albums shows first the clubs of Ligue 1 in alphabetical order. For each club there are four pages. On the first two pages, we find the shiny sticker of the badge and 20 portrait stickers of players, whereas on the third page there are the stickers of the captain (shiny), supporters, home kit, and skills (shiny). On the fourth page there is space to up to 4 mini stickers of winter transfers. However, Monaco has 8 new player stickers to be fitted on this page.

After the clubs of Ligue 1, there are two pages dedicated to the 21st team of the league: the referees. They are celebrated with 12 shiny stickers explaining their role in the game.

The 20 clubs of Ligue 2 are included with the shiny sticker of the badge (half sticker), and four player stickers (half sticker each player). On the album we find the list of the squad and the focus on one club legend through old Panini images. At the end of the season 2018/2019, Metz and Brest were promoted to the Ligue 1.

The last section "Mon équipe MPG" (My MPG team) gives the possibility to stick double stickers and it includes the sticker of the goat Rotaldo.
