Panini Clausura 2007 (Argentina)

The Clausura tournament of the Primera Division was contested by 20 teams from February 9 to June 17, 2007. The club San Lorenzo de Almagro won the title with 45 points in 19 games. Second place for Boca Juniors (39 points) and third for Estudiantes (37 points). Martin Palermo finished as goleador of the tournament with 11 goals.
Panini published a sticker collection of the tournament Clausura 2007, following the Apertura album published in the fall 2006. The album opens with two pages including the game fixtures of the tournament without introductory stickers. The 20 competing teams are shown in alphabetical order; each team is displaced over two pages with a variable number of stickers. The main 6 clubs (like Boca Jrs and River Plate) have 19 stickers: the metallic badge, the team photo, one player in action composed by three stickers, and 14 players. The other clubs have only 13 stickers each. The difference is that they have less player stickers (11 instead of 14) and they do not have the puzzle of the player in action composed by three stickers. In this collection there are no other sections with stickers and the second division is not included.
