In 1994/1995, the English Football League featured three professional football divisions with clubs from England and Wales. The three leagues below the Premier League were known as Division One (the current Championship), Division Two, and Division Three. As the rights of the Premier League for the season 1994/1995 were owned by Merlin, Panini published instead an album covering the Football League. It is a large collection of 70 clubs and a total of 600 stickers.
The album starts with an introductory page with the stickers of the Football League logos (metallic stickers) and players in action. Then the clubs of the three divisions are shown one after the others. For the clubs of Division One there are 15 stickers displaced over two pages: the metallic logo, the team photo, the kits from the past, and 12 players. Clubs of Division Two have 8 stickers on one page: the metallic logo, the kits from the past, and 6 stickers of players with two players per stickers (thus 12 players per team). For the clubs of Division Three there are only the stickers of the club badge (half sticker), the team photo and the star player (but for 11 clubs out of 22 the star player is only printed on the album). In the last page of the album, in which Panini thanks all the Football League clubs for providing pictures and information, there is a last sticker with a game action.
In the 1994/95 Division One, Middlesbrough were the champions. The top goalscorers were Fjortoft (Swindon) and Aldridge (Tranmere) with 24 goals. In Division Two, Birmingham City won the title and Gary Bennett (Wrexham) was the top scorer with 29 goals. In Division Three, Carlisle United were the champions and Dougie Freedman (Barnet) the top scorer with 24 goals.

The experienced Scottish striker John Hendrie helped Middlesbrough's return to the Premiership with 15 goals. John Aldridge (Tranmere) was the topgoalscorer of Division One with 24 goals, together with the Norwegian striker Fjortoft (Swindon Town). Jason McAteer (Bolton) established himself as one of the most promising British talents and he moved to Liverpool at the end of the season.

Andy Booth scored 28 goals for Huddersfield Town (2nd top goalscorer)
