The official sticker collection of the Bundesliga for the season 1998/1999 is a large album including 478 stickers with the 18 competing clubs. The album begins with the table of contents and three stickers: the Federation logo (shiny sticker), the 1998 Meister winner Ciriaco Sforza (Kaiserslautern) and the German cup winner Lothar Matthaus (Bayern Munchen).
The Bundesliga clubs are shown following the standing order of the previous season, starting then with Kaiserslautern. For each club there are 26 stickers displayed over six pages. In the first three pages the club is introduced with 8 stickers: the shiny club badge, the team photo (two stickers), and five players in action (one metallic and four shiny stickers). In the other three pages, there are 18 player stickers. The career of each player is printed on the album below the sticker.
In the last part of the album there are two special sections. The first one is the birthday calendar of the Bundesliga players, with five stickers of players in action over two pages. The second one is the list of the top 300 Bundesliga goalscorers. Here there are the metallic stickers of Ulf Kirsten and Olaf Marschall (same photo of the cover). The collection does not feauture any poster or update.
