In the 2003 Belgian I Division, the title owner Genk got only the sixth place, despite the top goalscorer Sonck (22 goals, same as Roussel from Mons). Club Brugge won the league with 79 points and Anderlecht got the second place eight points behind. La Louvière won the Belgian Cup defeating Sint-Truidense 3-1 in the final. It is the first and only major trophy won by the green wolves.
The official sticker collection of the season 2002-2003 is the 31st album of the Belgian football produced by Panini since Football 1973. It includes all the clubs of I Divsion and II Division. Special mention for the rising star Yaya Touré (19 years old) future player of Barcelona and Manchester City.
The section of the II Division starts with the fixtures of the season. Then the 18 clubs are presented in alphabetical order. Each club is displaced with three stickers over half page: the shiny badge and the two stickers that compose the team photo.
