Panini Futbol Argentino 2019/2020

Futbol Argentino 2019/2020 is the official sticker collection of the Superliga of Argentina. The album was launched by Panini in August 2019 and it covers only the Primera Division, composed by 24 clubs. The quality of the collection has improved significantly compared to the past years. In this album we find club badges made of a special fabric material, spectacular shiny stickers of the home kit and high definition player stickers. 

The album begins with the calendar of the season and three special shiny stickers: the trophy, the league logo and the cover of the album. The collection continues with two pages dedicated to the champions 2019 (Campeones 2019), with four stickers of Racing Club (winner of the Superliga 2018/2019), one team stickers of Boca Juniors (winner of the Supercopa 2019) and one of Tigre (winner of the Copa Superliga 2019). The 24 clubs are then shown in alphabetical order from Aldosivi to Velez. For each clubs there are 18 stickers displayed over two pages: the club badge (fabric), the home kit (shiny), 16 player stickers and two players in action.

Club pages include details of the clubs and a Futbolpedia focusing on two players of the squad.

The last part of the album includes a special section focusing on young Argentinian prospects (Donde nacen las estrellas). Here we find 11 players with corresponding shiny sticker and summary. These players do not have a sticker in the club pages, but only in this section. Therefore, these are rookie stickers of possible future Argentinian stars. We can mention Agustin Almendra, Cristian Ferreira, Adolfo Gaich and Thiago Almada.

River Plate badge and shirt stickers

 Stickers of Palacios and Quintero (River Plate). The great prospect Exequiel Palacios moved to Bayer Leverkusen in December 2019

Two special stickers of the rookie section. Agustin Almendra and Gaich. The latter played as a striker for Argentina in the Under 20 World Cup 2019.
